在役生产平台大管径大壁厚管线改造技术应用研究

摘要 在役海洋石油平台由于生产的需要,经常会进行改扩建工程,而管线改造是其中一项重要工作,在役平台的管线改造与常规的新建平台相比,常常受到现场施工空间、生产管线、吊机覆盖范围、倒运空间的影响。大管径、大壁厚管线、大型的阀门由于其尺寸、质量、长度限制通常无法通过平台吊车或甲板运输空间完成预制管段、大型阀门的吊装、倒运、就位与安装。文章提出一种结合现场情况采取的更加高效的技术方案,为后续同类型的平台改造提供了借鉴和参考。 In-service offshore oil platforms are often reconstructed and expanded due to production needs, among which pipeline reconstruction is an important work. Compared with conventional new platforms, pipeline reconstruction of in-service platforms is often affected by site construction space, production pipeline, crane coverage and reverse transportation space. For pipelines with large diameter and great wall thickness and large valves, due to the limitations of their sizes, qualities and lengths, it is generally impossible to complete the lifting, transportation, positioning and installation of prefabricated pipe sections and large valves through platform cranes or deck transportation space. In this paper, a more efficient technical scheme combined with the site situation is proposed, which provides reference for the subsequent reconstruction of the same type of platforms.
