跨越川杨河临时支架布设分析

摘要 在不中断现状交通的前提下,为确保跨川杨河连续钢箱梁安全、保质施工,研究并实施了采用布设临时支架与挠度变形监测的施工方案。基于连续钢箱梁吊装的作业空间与时间均受到限制的现实条件,开展现状川杨河桥的承载力分析,并设置临时支架。在设置临时支架后吊装连续钢箱梁的过程中,实施挠度变形监测。实践结果表明,在历时40 d的施工时间内,以每天每隔2 h测1次的频率测量桥面板挠度值,现状川杨河桥的挠度变形指标均未触及设定的报警值,即挠度最大变化率不超过5 mm/d,挠度累积最大值不超过15 mm/d,验证了该方案的可行性与安全性。 In order to ensure the safety and quality during constructing continuous steel box girder across Chuanyang river without interrupting traffic,the construction scheme of temporary supports and deformation monitoring are studied and implemented.Based on the actual conditions that the working space and time of continuous steel box girder hoisting are limited,the bearing capacity of the existing Chuanyang River Bridge is analyzed,and the temporary supports are set.In the process of hoisting the continuous steel box girder after setting the temporary support,the deflection deformation monitoring is carried out.The practical results show that during the construction period of 40 days,the deflection value of bridge deck is measured at the frequency of every 2 hours every day,and the deflection index of the current Chuanyang River Bridge does not reach the set alarm values which is included the maximum deflection change rate ≤ 5 mm/d and the maximum cumulative deflection value ≤ 15 mm/d.So the feasibility and safety of the scheme is verified.
