摘要
进入全媒体时代,高校传统的应对学生突发性舆情事件的机制和策略出现了诸多不适。沉默螺旋理论给完善全媒体时代高校应对学生突发性舆情事件提供良好的分析思路和框架。通过此框架分析发现:当前高校在学生突发性舆情事件中应扮演好方向性意见的引领者、学生意见的评判者、真实信息的发布者、突发舆情事件的平息者四重角色;同时,需进一步完善基于学生的突发性舆情预测机制,做好学生群体意见的监测、评判与引领,快速、及时、准确地做好信息的发布工作,方能建立起长期有效的应对机制和解决策略。
In the era of all-media,the traditional mechanism and strategy to cope with the unexpected public opinion events of college students have shown a lot of discomfort.The silence spiral theory provides a helpful analytical thinking and framework for improving the response of universities to sudden public opinion events of students in the era of all-media.Through the analysis of its framework,it is found that universities should play the four roles:the leader of directional opinions,the judge of students’opinions,the publisher of real information and the appeaser of public opinion emergencies.In order to establish a long-term effective response mechanism and solution strategy,universities need to further improve the prediction mechanism of sudden public opinion based on students,do a good job in monitoring,judging and leading the opinions of students,and release information quickly,timely and accurately.
