Role of Type 2 Innate Lymphoid Cells in Inflammatory Diseases of Respiratory System

2型天然淋巴细胞(ILC2s)在固有免疫应答中起重要作用,与过敏性鼻炎、支气管哮喘、鼻窦炎的发病密切相关。在呼吸系统炎症疾病发病过程中,ILC2s参与调节2型细胞因子生成,激活嗜酸粒细胞、B淋巴细胞、肥大细胞、巨噬细胞等。抗原暴露后,ILC2s被上皮细胞来源的白细胞介素(IL)-1家族细胞因子、IL-25、肿瘤坏死因子超家族、脂质递质等激活,促进气道结构细胞激活和免疫细胞反应。ILC2s可能成为呼吸系统炎症疾病的治疗靶点,为预防及治疗提供新的可能。

Type 2 innate lymphoid cells( ILC2 s) are critical components of the innate immune response,closely associated with the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis,asthma and rhinosinusitis.ILC2 s play a key role in type 2 cytokine production and activation of eosinophils,B cells,mast cell and macrophage in the inflammatory diseases of respiratory system.After exposure to the antigens,ILC2 s are activated by epithelial cell-derived interleukin( IL)-1,IL-25 cytokines,tumor necrosis factor superfamily,and lipid transmitters,which further promote the airway structural and immune cell responses.ILC2 s may become a therapeutic target for the inflammatory diseases of respiratory system,providing new possibilities for the prevention and treatment.
