摘要
Sor CS受体家族在神经元中作为细胞内蛋白分选的中央调节剂,与多种脑部疾病相关,液泡分选蛋白10结构域是Sor CS蛋白家族共有的结构特征,可与相应配体结合,参与介导胞吞作用,并靶向转运蛋白质。近年来,Sor CS受体家族在阿尔茨海默病(AD)、癫痫、亨廷顿舞蹈症等神经退行性疾病发病机制中的作用备受关注。对Sor CS受体家族的结构、分布特征及其在神经退行性疾病中调控机制的研究可为AD等神经退行性疾病的治疗提供新思路。
The Sor CS receptor family acts as a central regulator of intracellular protein sorting in neurons and is associated with a variety of brain diseases.The vacuolar sorting protein 10 domain is a structural feature shared by the Sor CS protein family and can be combined with corresponding ligands,and involved in mediating endocytosis and targeting transport proteins.In recent years,the role of the SorCS receptor family in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’ s disease( AD),epilepsy,Huntington’ s disease,has received much attention.The study of the structure and distribution characteristics of the Sor CS receptor family and its regulatory mechanism in neurodegenerative diseases provides new ideas for the treatment on the diseases such as AD.
