Current Status and Research Advances in Prevention and Treatment of Lower Extremity Lymphedema after Cervical Cancer Treatment

宫颈癌是女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁患者的生命健康。下肢淋巴水肿作为宫颈癌治疗后常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,其预防方法主要包括良好的生活方式、佩戴弹力袜、日常皮肤护理等;治疗多采用综合疗法,以保守治疗为主,手术治疗为辅。预防及治疗下肢淋巴水肿对宫颈癌患者具有积极的临床意义,临床医师应对下肢淋巴水肿引起重视。未来应在早期对患者进行明确的诊断和有效的干预,延缓下肢淋巴水肿的发生发展,以最大限度地提高患者的生活质量。

Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system,which seriously threatens the life and health of the patients.Lower extremity lymphedema,as one of the common complications after treatment of cervical cancer,seriously affects the quality of life of the patients,for which the preventive methods mainly include a good lifestyle,wearing elastic socks,daily skincare and so on,while the treatment mostly adopts comprehensive therapy with conservative treatment as the main treatment and surgical treatment as the auxiliary treatment.The prevention and treatment of lower extremity lymphedema has positive clinical significance for the cervical cancer patients,to which the clinicians should pay due attention.In the future,clear diagnosis and effective intervention should be carried out in early stage to delay the occurrence and development of lower extremity lymphedema,so as to improve the quality of life of the patients to the greatest extent.
