摘要
许多疾病导致的心肌损伤不易被发现,准确评估心肌功能对已知的或怀疑有心脏疾病患者的预后评估和治疗管理具有重要作用。传统的超声技术可能无法检测出亚临床状态的心脏功能障碍。斑点追踪超声心动图(STE)的出现为准确评估心功能提供了一种有效的工具。STE允许以一种与角度无关的方式跟踪二维超声心动图图像中"斑点"的位移,并评估其在心动周期中的运动(应变),可以快速、准确地评估心房、心室的全局和区域功能。STE的高可行性、可重复性和准确性已得到了广泛证明。
Myocardial damage caused by many diseases is not easy to be detected,and accurate assessment of myocardial function plays a fundamental role in the prognosis evaluation and treatment management of patients with known or suspected cardiac disease.Traditional echocardiographic technique may lack the ability to detect the subclinical cardiac dysfunction.The advent of speckle tracking echocardiography(STE)provides an effective tool for accurate cardiac function assessment.STE allows to track the displacement of"speckles"in two-dimensional echocardiographic images in an angle-independent way and to assess their movement(strain)during the cardiac cycle,so it can realize a fast and accurate assessment of the global and regional function of both atrial and ventricular chambers.The high feasibility,reproducibility,and accuracy of STE have been widely demonstrated.
