新型影像学检查在痛风性关节炎早期诊断中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 痛风性关节炎是最常见的炎症性关节炎。关节穿刺和镜检尿酸单钠晶体(MSU)是痛风性关节炎诊断的金标准,但MSU标本获取困难,且操作性差,使其应用受到限制。X线平片或CT等普通影像学检查在疾病早期诊断中的敏感性较差,仅能在疾病后期发现严重的关节和软组织损伤。目前,新型影像学检查已逐渐成熟,肌肉骨骼超声、双能CT以及磁共振成像等影像学检查对痛风性关节炎的早期诊断具有重要价值,是临床研究的重要方向。 Gouty arthritis is the most common form of inflammatory arthritis.Arthroscopy and microscopic examination of monosodium urate(MSU)crystals are the gold standard for the diagnosis,but the difficulty in obtaining MSU specimens and poor operability limit their application.Ordinary radiographic examinations such as X-ray plain radiographs or CT are less sensitive in the diagnosis of early gout,and can only find severe joint and soft tissue damage in the later stages of the disease.At present,new imaging inspections have gradually become mature.musculoskeletal ultrasound,dual-energy CT tomography,magnetic resonance imaging and other imaging examinations are of great value for the early diagnosis of gouty arthritis,which is an important direction of the clinical research.
