摘要
针对甘肃某大型卡林型金矿原矿泥化严重、金嵌布粒度微细、载金矿物硬度及解离度差异大等难题,进行了多种选矿工艺研究。结果表明:采用重选—阶段磨浮—尾矿浸出工艺,可获得较好指标;重选精矿金品位1603.00 g/t,浮选精矿金品位52.72 g/t,浮选尾矿经环保型提金剂浸出后,浸渣金品位降低至0.64 g/t,金总回收率达到82.68%。
In light of serious argillization,fine disseminated gold grain size,largely different gold-bearing mineral hardness and disintegration degree in the run-of-mill gold ores of a large-scale Carlin-type gold mine in Gansu,a number of beneficiation processes are studied.The results show that the gravity separation-stage grinding and flotation-tailings leaching process can obtain good index:the gold grade is 1603.00 g/t in the gravity concentrate and 52.72 g/t in the flotation concentrate.The gold grade in flotation tailings decreases to 0.64 g/t after the tailings are leached by environment-friendly gold leaching reagent,and overall gold recovery rate reaches 82.68%.
