摘要
教学反思是教育教学活动的重要组成部分,是促进非师范类新教师专业成长的有效途径。教学反思可以提高教师的道德修养,增长教师的教学智慧,提升教师的研究能力。非师范类新教师可以从课堂教学、评价语言、作业布置等方面进行教学方式的转变,助推自身达到专业成长。
Teaching reflection is an important part of education and teaching activities and an effective way to promote the professional growth of non-normal new teachers. Teaching reflection can improve teachers’ moral accomplishment, increase teachers’ teaching wisdom, and enhance teachers’ research ability. New non-normal new teachers can transform their teaching methods in terms of classroom teaching, evaluation language, and homework assignments to promote their professional growth.
