初中英语教学在学生的英语学习生涯中有着重要的铺垫作用,基础性非常强。但是刚从小学升入初中的学生,英语水平参差不齐,教师在面向全班学生进行英语教学的同时,又要兼顾每一个学生的差异。近几年的教育改革一直在强调要注重学生的差异性,尊重学生的个性化。本文就分层教学模式在初中英语教学中的实践进行探讨。

Junior high school English teaching plays an important role in the students’ English learning career, and the foundation is very strong. However, facing students who have just entered junior high school from elementary school, their English proficiency is uneven. While teaching English to the whole class, it is necessary to take into account the differences of each student. Educational reforms in recent years have been emphasizing the need to pay attention to the differences of students and respect the individuality of students. This article discusses the practice of hierarchical teaching mode in junior high school English teaching.
