Current status and future prospects of radical laparoscopic resection plus bursectomy for gastric cancer

自1910年英国外科医生报告完全切除小网膜囊以来,胃癌根治术常联合小网膜囊切除术以减少癌症复发的发生率。然而近年来的研究表明胃癌根治术联合小网膜囊切除术并未对胃癌病人的预后产生益处。此文就腹腔镜下胃癌根治术联合小网膜囊切除术目前的临床研究作一综述。

Since the first British report of lesser omentum resection in 1910,radical gastrectomy plus bursectomy has become a routine procedure of reducing cancer recurrence.However,recent studies have shown that such a classic approach failed to offer benefits for the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.This article aimed to review the clinical studies of radical laparoscopic resection plus bursectomy for gastric cancer.
