智能化构架下的电机操动机构驱动电机设计

摘要 以高压开关智能化构架为背景,基于126 kV真空断路器反力特性和操作速度要求确定驱动电机的设计目标,针对断路器驱动电机特殊的工况对智能化电器驱动电机的结构设计和电磁设计方案进行论述。建立驱动电机的有限元仿真模型并搭建126 kV真空断路器电机操动机构驱动电机的试验平台,结果表明电机可以满足设计要求和断路器分合闸的性能要求,电机输出与负载特性匹配度高,具有体积小、电感小、响应速度快的优点,易于实现智能控制。 Using the intelligent architecture of high-voltage switch as the background,the design goal of the drive motor is determined based on the reaction force characteristics of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker and the operating speed requirements,and according to the special working conditions of the circuit breaker drive motor,the structure design and electromagnetic design scheme of the intelligent electrical appliance drive motor are discussed.It establishes a finite element simulation model of the drive motor and build an experimental platform for the drive motor of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker motor operating mechanism,the results show that the motor can meet the design requirements and the performance requirements of circuit breaker opening and closing.The motor output has a high matching degree with the load characteristics,has the advantages of small size,small inductance,and fast response speed,and is easy to intelligent control.
