摘要
为改进PI控制器在永磁同步电机中的速度调节性能,提出新幂指数趋近律的滑模控制器的永磁电机MTPA矢量控制策略,在传统的指数趋近律中增加了新的幂次趋近律,提高系统的收敛能力,同时减小抖动。在永磁同步电机中引入补偿式最大转矩电流比的控制策略,根据电机中电流变换,得到控制过程中的转矩,利用获得的转矩作为补偿信号,提高q轴电流的响应。仿真结果表明,与常规的矢量控制方法和传统滑模控制器对比,该结合方法能有效减小系统抖动,具有更强的控制精准性和抗负载转矩扰动能力。
In order to improve the speed regulation performance of PI controller in permanent magnet synchronous motor,a new power exponential approach law sliding mode controller for permanent magnet motor MTPA vector control strategy is proposed.A new power approach law is added to the traditional exponential approach law to improve the convergence ability of the system and reduce the jitter.The control strategy of compensating maximum torque per ampere is introduced in the PMSM.According to the current transformation in the motor,the torque in the control process is obtained,and the obtained torque is used as the compensation signal to improve the response of q-axis current.The simulation results show that compared with the conventional vector control method and the traditional sliding mode controller,the combined method can effectively reduce the system jitter,and has stronger control accuracy and anti load torque disturbance ability.
