基于注塑机壳的伺服电机性能分析

摘要 为了降低伺服电机制作成本和减小体积,提出采用注塑机壳的伺服电机设计方法,对定子铁芯拓扑重新设计,增大定子铁芯外径,从而缩短电机轴向长度。基于电磁转矩最大和转矩脉动最小的原则,完成注塑电机结构优化,并确定尺寸;分析有限元计算结果发现,采用注塑的机壳的电机转矩显著增大;缩短注塑电机的轴向尺寸,使其转矩性能与传统金属机壳电机转矩一致,注塑电机体积减小了7.2%,电机损耗进一步降低,节能效果和运行效率也得到改善,并能降低电机批量化制作成本。 In order to reduce the production cost and volume of the servo motor,the design method of the servo motor using the injection molding casing(IMC)is proposed,it redesign the stator core topology to increase the outer diameter of the stator core,thereby shortening the axial length of the motor.Firstly,based on the principle of maximum electromagnetic torque and minimum torque ripple,the structure of IMC motor is optimized and the size is determined.Then,the finite element analysis results show that the torque of IMC motor increases significantly.Finally,the axial size of the IMC motor is shortened,so that its torque performance is consistent with that of the traditional metal casing(TMC)motor.The volume of the IMC motor is reduced by 7.2%,the motor loss is further reduced,the energy-saving effect and operating efficiency are also improved,and the cost of mass production of the motor can be reduced.
