摘要
临床科研数据库的应用可以使积累的诊疗数据转变成丰富的临床研究资源。介绍了国内临床科研数据库的现状,并对其发展趋势进行了分析,总结了临床科研数据库建设面临的困难,提出引入数据标准是解决临床科研数据库数据整合、交换和共享从而挖掘数据潜在价值的根本方法。以OHDSI作为建立并推广数据标准的成功案例,介绍了其医学标准术语集和通用数据模型的构建方式及本地源数据转化到通用数据模型的过程,分析了国内临床数据标准化中的常见问题并提出了解决问题的方向。
The application of clinical research database can transform the accumulated clinical data into research resources.The current status and development tendency of clinical research databases have been investigated in this paper,and the difficulties in construction were also introduced in details.To remove the obstacles that exist in the process of data integration,exchange and sharing,it's high time that data standardization should be carried out during the establishment of clinical research database.We analyzed the OHDSI(Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics)patterns in standard vocabularies establishment and common data model(CDM)construction,and process of the transformation from local data to CDM,which are well accepted all over the world.We also analyzed common problems in standardization and proposed the possible directions to solve the problems.
