摘要 目的:院内实时导航系统,不仅能为患者提供实时、动态的路线规划和指引,帮助患者快速找到就诊地点,提升患者就医体验感和医院的整体服务能力,还可降低医务人员的导医服务工作量和医院的人力服务成本。方法:利用蓝牙定位技术和3D电子地图技术,借助微信公众号平台和移动互联网设备,通过对接HIS系统,实现智能化的院内实时导航。结果:提供智能化、动态化的路线指引和规划,缩短患者院内寻路时间,提升就医体验感;降低医院人员导医服务的工作量和服务成本。结论:院内实时导航是缩短患者院内寻路时间,提升就医体验的有效途径。 Objective:The real-time navigation system in hospital can not only provide patients with real-time and dynamic route planning and guidance,help patients find the place to see a doctor quickly,and improve patients'medical experience and the overall service ability,but also reduce the workload of medical guidance service of medical staffs and the cost of human service.Methods:The Bluetooth positioning technology and 3D electronic map technology are used.With the help of WeChat official account platform and the mobile Internet device,through the connection to HIS,the intelligent real-time navigation in hospital is realized.Results:The intelligent and dynamic route guidance and planning are provided,the time of way finding of patients in hospital is reduced,the medical experience is improved,and the workload of medical guidance service of hospital staffs and the service cost are reduced.Conclusion:The realtime navigation in hospital is an effective way to reduce the time of way finding of patients in hospital and improve their medical experience.
