浅析茶叶企业员工幸福感提升研究

摘要 随着茶叶产业新业态、多元化、多渠道运营模式的发展,茶企的竞争日益加剧,甚至不少茶叶企业正面临着生死存亡。同时这些变化也加剧了员工的不安全感、危机感,有些茶叶企业中可能会出现员工压力过大、员工激励困难、关键人才流失等问题。而近些年来,不少企业开始意识到员工幸福感正是影响这些问题的关键因素之一,因此,本文试图来分析茶叶企业员工幸福感的影响因素,同时为茶叶企业的管理者提供一些可行的参考。
