摘要
创新是引领发展的第一动力。如何对城市的创新力进行评价,对城市的创新发展至关重要。文章构建包括创新要素整合力、产业自主力、效益支撑力、开放辐射力、生态吸引力在内的“五力模型”,对一线城市和新一线城市创新力进行测算。研究发现,北京和上海在城市创新建设中全方位引领;深圳、广州、南京、杭州和武汉需要在创新要素整合力、创新产业自主力、创新开放辐射力方面进一步加强;成都、苏州、青岛、长沙、西安、天津和重庆作为创新追赶型城市,在创新方面具有较大的发展潜力和韧劲;此外,宁波、郑州、沈阳、昆明、东莞的综合创新力相对较弱,为创新滞后型城市。不同城市应该在发展中把握在不同发展阶段的特征与本质,形成具有城市特色的创新发展力。
Innovation is the first driving force leading city development.How to evaluate the innovativepower of a city is very important to the innovative development of a city.This paper constructs a five-forcemodel including the integration of innovative elements,industrial independence,benefit support,openradiation,and ecological attractiveness to measure the innovative power of first-tier and new first-tier cities.The results show:First,Beijing and Shanghai are leading the way in urban innovation and construction.Second,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Nanjing,Hangzhou and Wuhan need to further strengthen the integrationof innovative elements,the independence of innovative industries,and the radiation of innovation.Third,Chengdu,Suzhou,Qingdao,Changsha,Xi'an,Tianjin and Chongqing,as innovative catch-up cities,have great development potential and resilience in innovation.Besides,Ningbo,Zhengzhou,Shenyang.Kunming and Dongguan have relatively weak comprehensive innovation capabilities,making them laggingcities.Different cities should grasp the characteristics and essence of different development stages in theirdevelopment,and form innovative development power with urban characteristics.
