社区建成环境对居民久坐行为的影响研究--以南京市为例

The Effects of Community Built Environment on Residents'Sedentary Behavior:A Study in Nanjing

以南京市主城区10个社区为研究对象,构建分层回归模型,探索社区建成环境对居民久坐行为的影响.,研究发现,久坐行为在不同环境的社区之间存在差异;个人社会经济属性、个人行为偏好、客观建成环境与主观建成环境都会对居民的久坐行为产生影响;相比于客观建成环境,主观建成环境对居民久坐行为的影响更为显著;客观建成环境方面,住房密度、道路密度、步行设施与居民久坐时间呈显著相关关系,对社区依赖度较高的人群其久坐时间与商业设施可达性和公交站点可达性也呈显著负相关;主观建成环境方面,到商业设施、公园广场和公交站点的方便程度与居民久坐时间有关,步行安全性与舒适度与久坐负相关;不同受教育程度、不同收入人群对休闲型久坐的选择与偏好也有所差异。

The research object is 10 communities in Nanjing.The multilevel linear model was constructed to explore the effects of community built environment on residents'sedentary behavior.The study found that sedentary behavior differs between communities in different environments.Individual socioeconomic attributes,personal behavioral preferences,objective built environments,and subjective built environments all have effects on residents'sedentary behavior.Compared with the objective built environment,the subjective built environment has a more significant effects on residents'sedentary behavior.In terms of objective built environment,Housing density,road density,walking facilities are related to residents'sedentary time.Sedentary time of residents who are more dependent on the community has a significant negative correlation with accessibility of commercial facilities and accessibility of public transit stations.In terms of subjective built environment,the convenience to commercial facilities,park plazas and public transit stations is related to the sedentary time of residents.Walking safety and comfort are negatively related to sedentary.Different education levels and different income groups have different choices and preferences for leisure sedentary.
