高等教育的发展与国家政治、经济、文化等社会建设的方方面面都有着密切联系,不同时期,高等教育的发展任务也不相同。当下,向社会输送高质量的创新创业人才是高等教育义不容辞的责任。必须要正确认识当前高等教育创新创业教育在人才培养模式、学制、课程体系、评价体系、教师队伍方面存在的问题,对症下药,进行变革,将深化创新创业教育改革作为推动高等教育综合改革的突破口。具体要做到:基于多个主体的协同合作,重构高等教育新生态;基于学分与学籍制度改革,重构高等教育新学制;基于多元课程融合布局,重构高等教育新课程体系;基于多元主体共同评价,重构高等教育新评价机制;基于多层次人才联结,重构高等教育教师队伍。

The development of higher education and national politics,economy,culture and other aspects of social construction are closely linked,different periods,higher education development tasks are not the same.At present,it is the incumbent responsibility of higher education to deliver high-quality innovative entrepreneurs to the society.We must have a correct understanding of the current higher education innovation and entrepreneurship education in the personnel training mode,length of schooling,curriculum system,evaluation system,the existing problems of teachers,the appropriate remedy,reform,deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform as the breakthrough point to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education.The concrete measures are as follows:to reconstruct the new ecology of higher education based on the cooperation of multiple subjects;Based on the reform of credit and school roll system,reconstruct the new length system of higher education;Based on the multi-curriculum integration layout,the new curriculum system of higher education is reconstructed.A new evaluation mechanism of higher education should be reconstructed based on the common evaluation of multiple subjects.Based on multi-level talent connection,the reconstruction of higher education teachers team.
