基于复杂系统理论的高校创新创业教育体系研究

Research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Colleges and Universities Based on the Complex System Theory

近几年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,高校教育受到更多的重视,国家与高校将着重点放在提升教育质量上,力求丰富教育内容与教育形式。教育兴国一直是我国的一大重要战略,尤其是创新创业教育近几年更是受到广泛的关注。国内的学者都在不断地探索适合高校的创新创业教育体系,并尝试结合不同的理论进行深入的研究。本文以复杂系统理论作为切入点,以复杂适应系统的角度研究高校创新创业教育体系,最终归纳出聚集形式、宏观环境、教学方式、师资力量四个要素来构建高校创新创业教育体系模型,并根据模型提出丰富聚集形式、利用宏观环境、创新教学方式、加强师资力量四个途径来提高大学生创新创业能力。

In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s economy,college education has received more attention.The state and colleges and universities will focus on improving the quality of education and strive to enrich the content and forms of education.Rejuvenating the country through education has always been an important strategy for our country,especially innovation and entrepreneurship education has received widespread attention in recent years.Domestic scholars are constantly exploring the innovation and entrepreneurship education system suitable for colleges and universities,and try to combine different theories for in-depth research.This paper takes the theory of complex systems as the entry point,studies the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in universities from the perspective of complex adaptive systems.It finally summarizes the four elements which are aggregation form,macro environment,teaching methods,and teachers to build a university innovation and entrepreneurship education system model.The model proposes four ways to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students by enriching the form of gathering,using the macro environment,innovating teaching methods,and strengthening the teaching staff.
