孙思邈医学伦理思想的当代价值探析

人性化医疗服务是现代医学发展的迫切需要,医生的道德修养是推动人性化医疗的动力。从中国传统医学中能否提炼出“医德”并实现创造性转化、创新性发展是构建人性化医疗服务的方式之一。孙思邈是传统医德文化的创始人,也是我国首位完整论述医德之人。孙思邈一生当中著有众多医学巨作,其中《大医精诚》是著名的医德文献更是医德文化的集中体现。其中“德术并重”思想是孙思邈医德观的核心价值,学习孙思邈的“仁”、“爱”、“精”、“诚”理念,对推动医学人文的发展具有一定的理论及实践价值。

Humanized medical service is an urgent need for the development of modern medicine,and the morality of doctors is the driving force to promote humanized medical treatment.One of the ways to construct humanized medical service is to extract“medical ethics”from Traditional Chinese medicine and realize its creative transformation and innovative development.Sun Simiao was the first person in China to fully discuss medical ethics and the founder of traditional medical ethics culture.His“Great Doctors are Sincere”is a famous literature concentrated on medical ethics culture.In the literature,the thought of“morality and skill are both important”is the core value of Sun Simiao’s medical ethics.It is of great value to promote the development of medical humanities by learning his ideas of“benevolence”,“love”,“essence”and“sincerity”.
