中国传统医德视阈下医学生社会主义核心价值观培育

The Cultivation of Socialist Core Values of Medical Students from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medical Ethics

中国传统医德蕴涵的爱国主义精神、艰苦奋斗精神、改革创新精神是医学生社会主义核心价值观建立的三个重要核心要义,是滋养医学生社会主义核心价值观的重要源泉,也是当代医学生医德教育的思想资源和内涵补充。当前传统医德融入医学生核心价值观培育面临教学路径碎片化、育人方式功利化、主体观念多元化三个层面的现实困境,探索传统道德与现代道德相融合、理论学习与实际践行相统一、自我教育与情感体验相结合的培育路径,促进医学生人文素养的不断提升。

The spirit of patriotism,the spirit of arduous struggle and the spirit of reform and innovation contained in Chinese traditional medical ethics are the three important core elements of the establishment of socialist core values for medical students,the important source of nourishing socialist core values for medical students,and the ideological resources and connotation supplement of medical ethics education for contemporary medical students.At present,the cultivation of traditional medical ethics into the core values of medical students is facing three practical difficulties:fragmentation of teaching path,utilitarianism of education methods,and diversification of subject concepts.The cultivation path of integration of traditional morality and modern morality,unity of theoretical learning and practical practice,and combination of self-education and emotional experience are explored to promote the continuous improvement of medical students’humanistic quality.
