摘要
本文从国家教育部高度重视高校积极心理健康教育的背景和趋势出发,借鉴清华大学心理学专家团队积极心理学的研究成果和价值,结合工作经验,面对目前学校面临的学生对于精心准备的课程或教育活动缺乏参与热情,回应淡漠、手机依赖等教育困境,探索了学校把积极心理教育实践落地的形式和任务,分析了实施积极心理健康教育实践的可行性、实施流程、时间和步骤,形成了以“发现问题和解决问题为导向”和“以预防问题与完善人格为导向”的交叉双轴为工作框架,展开“问题筛查、干预治疗、预防教育、人格成长”四位一体的工作思路,提出了开展积极心理健康教育实践破解学生培养困境的具体路径,为普通高校进一步展开这一教育模式提供了借鉴。
Starting from the background and trend that the Ministry of Education attaches great importance to the positive mental health education in Colleges and universities,drawing lessons from the positive psychology of Tsinghua University’s team of psychologists as research results and values,and combining with work experience,this paper explores the educational dilemmas faced by the current schools,such as students’lack of enthusiasm for participating in carefully prepared courses or educational activities,responding to indifference and dependence on mobile phones.The forms and tasks of school’s practice of positive mental health education are analyzed.The feasibility,implementation process,time and steps of implementing positive mental health education practice are analyzed.A cross-biaxial framework of“finding and solving problems”and“taking prevention and perfection of personality as guidance”is formed,and“problem screening,intervention and treatment,preventive education and human beings”are launched.The four-in-one work idea of“personality growth”puts forward the specific path of carrying out positive mental health education practice to solve the predicament of students’training,which provides a reference for ordinary colleges and universities to further develop this education mode.
