摘要
目的分析医院病房隔帘污染与医院感染致病性的调查,为降低隔帘污染率及清洗隔帘频次提供循证依据。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院烧伤科、血液内科、肿瘤内科、内分泌代谢科4个科室共120块刚清洗悬挂的隔帘作为研究对象,分别在挂起后第1、4、8、12、16周使用接触平板和MRSA显色平板在隔帘最常接触的褶皱边缘进行采样培养,并对在此期间发生的医院感染病例致病菌进行同源性分析。结果排除污染菌后,隔帘第1周平均菌落数为(1.85±0.71)cfu/cm2,第4周为(5.32±0.62)cfu/cm^2,第8周为(7.56±0.59)cfu/cm^2,第12周为(11.25±0.76)cfu/cm^2,第16周为(16.19±0.66)cfu/cm^2,第1周与第4周细菌含量比较差异有统计学意义(t=42.5,P<0.05),第1周与第8周比较差异有统计学意义(t=71.4,P<0.05)。与该调查科室调查期间3例医院感染病例属于同种同源。结论病房隔帘染菌量与使用时间呈正相关,使用时间越长,污染越严重,是引起医院感染的重要危险因素之一。
Objective Analyze the pollution of the hospital ward curtain and the pathogenic of the nosocomial infection, to provide the evidence basis of reducing the pollution rate of the ward curtain and the frequency of cleaning the curtain. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,120 curtains in the departments of Burns, Hematology, Oncology, and Endocrinology and Metabolism in our hospital were selected as study objects,used contact plates and MRSA chromogenic plates to sample and culture on the wrinkles most commonly in contact edges of the cleaned and hanging up for 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks respectively, and homology analysis pathogenic bacteria in hospital infection cases that took place during this period. Results After the contaminated bacteria were excluded, the average number of colonies in the 1 st week of the curtains was(1.85±0.71) cfu/cm^2, the 4 th week was(5.32±0.62) cfu/cm^2, the 8 th week was(7.56±0.59) cfu/cm^2, the 12 th week was(11.25±0.76) cfu/cm^2, the16 th week was(16.19±0.66) cfu/cm^2, the difference between the 1 st week and the 4 th week was statistically significant(t=42.5, P<0.05), and the difference between the 1 st week and the 8 th week was statistically significant(t=71.4, P<0.05). Three nosocomial infections were homologous to the investigation department during the investigation. Conclusion The amount of bacteria in the ward curtain is positively correlated with the time of use, the longer the use time, the more serious the pollution, it is one of the important risk factors for nosocomial infection.
