基于个案管理的管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the application effect of the management mode based on case management in disinfection and supply center

目的探究基于个案管理的管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法将2017年6月至2018年6月未开展基于个案管理的管理模式时间段作为对照组,将2018年7月至2019年7月开展基于个案管理的管理模式的时间段作为观察组,比较两组消毒灭菌抽检合格率,医院各科室对消毒供应中心工作质量满意度及消毒供应中心工作人员考核成绩。结果观察组抽检合格率为97.40%,明显高于对照组的89.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分、考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于个案管理的管理模式能明显提升消毒供应中心清洗、包装、灭菌质量,提升工作质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of the management mode based on case management in disinfection and supply center.Methods The period from June 2017 to June 2018 when the management model based on case management was not implemented was used as the control group,and the period from July 2018 to July 2019 when the management model based on case management was launched as the observation group,the disinfection sterilization sampling percent of pass,the hospital each department for the quality of disinfection supply center work satisfaction,disinfection supply center staff appraisal result of two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of sampling in the observation group was 97.40%,which was significantly higher than 89.20%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);satisfaction scores and assessment scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on case management can significantly improve the quality of cleaning,packaging and sterilization in the disinfection supply center and improve the quality of work,which is worthy of application and promotion.
