中药化癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of uterine leiomyoma by Huazheng decoction

目的探究中药化癥汤在治疗子宫肌瘤中的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年12月本院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用中药化癥汤进行治疗,对照组采用桂枝茯苓丸进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和治疗前后瘤体的体积变化。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫肌瘤瘤体体积比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组子宫肌瘤瘤体体积均缩小,且治疗组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药化癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤患者效果显著,可有效提高治疗效果,缩小瘤体体积,促进患者尽快康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huazheng decoction in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods 80 patients with uterine leiomyoma from August 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cased in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huazheng decoction,and the control group was used Guizhi Fuling Pill was treated,the therapeutic effects of the two groups and the volume change of the tumor before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the volume of uterine fibroids between the two groups;after treatment,the volume of uterine fibroids in the two groups were reduced,and the treatment group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of uterine leiomyoma with Huazheng decoction is more effective,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the volume of the tumor,promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,and has high clinical application value.
