PetCO2监测结合轻度按压胸部辅助硬质光棒用于快诱导经口插管可行性的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察PetCO2监测并结合胸部轻度按压辅助硬质光棒用于快诱导经口插管的可行性。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月于本院择期手术并接受气管内插管全身麻醉的60例患者作为研究对象,按是否应用PetCO2检测,分为A、B两组,每组30例。两组均采用静脉麻醉药及肌松剂行快速诱导,并应用普通硬质光棒行气管插管。A组常规依据颈部光斑的位置判断,B组将光棒添加PetCO2检测采样管,操作中除依据光斑位置外,还结合轻度按压胸部并观察PetCO2检测波形。插管后两组均进一步确诊是否插管成功。结果B组一次插管成功率为100%,A组一次成功率为80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全麻快速诱导应用光棒经口插管,利用PetCO2检测结合轻度按压胸部,通过观察PetCO2波形及参考具体数值,提供导管进入气管的客观指标,无需插管后即可证实进入气管,值得临床推广应用。
