基于EPO航模涂层用水性丙烯酸树脂的制备及其性能研究

摘要 发泡乙烯-苯乙烯共聚物(EPO)泡沫塑料具有低密度、高强度、高韧性、低导热率等优异的性能,使其在包装、汽车、医疗、玩具航模等领域得到了广泛应用。本文以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,以双丙酮丙烯酰胺-己二酸二酰肼(DAAM-ADH)为交联体系,合成了应用于EPO泡沫基材上且具备优异附着力和柔韧性的苯丙乳胶。讨论了单体极性、乳胶的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和交联程度对涂层附着力的影响,并制备了具备附着力和装饰性的水性航模漆。 Foamed ethylene-styrene copolymer(EPO) foam has excellent properties such as low density, high strength, high toughness, low thermal conductivity and so on. It has been widely applied in packaging, automobile,medical treatment, toy mode and so on. In this paper, styrene acrylic latex was prepared with styrene, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as main monomers and diacetone acrylamide adipic acid two hydrazide(DAAM-ADH)as crosslinking system. It has excellent adhesion and flexibility on EPO foam substrate. The effects of monomer polarity,emulsion Tg(Glass transition temperature) and cross-linking degree on the adhesion of the coating were discussed.The water-based aeromodelling paint with adhesion and decoration was prepared.
