橘皮素药理作用及其机制研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Activity and Mechanism of Tangeretin

橘皮素是柑橘皮中含量最丰富的多甲氧基黄酮之一。现代药理学研究表明橘皮素具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节代谢和神经保护等多种作用。本文对近年来针对橘皮素的药理作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,为橘皮素的深层次开发和利用提供理论依据。

Tang eretin is one of the most abundant polymethoxylated flavones extracted from citrus peel. It has been reported that tangeretin exhibits anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-tumor, metabolic regulation and neuroprotection effects, etc. For further exploitation and sustainable utilization of tangeretin, its pharmacological activities were summarized.
