钻井隔水导管稳定性校核模型改进与应用 被引量:2

摘要 隔水导管作为海上油气资源开发的重要井口持力结构,其安全稳定性对于钻完井作业以及后续的油气生产过程至关重要。基于ANSYS有限元模拟软件,针对隔水导管受力情况,综合考虑风浪流、腐蚀、附着海生物、海底土作用等多种影响因素,建立了隔水导管有限元模型。提出了以限位层分段校核隔水导管稳定性的方法,优化了隔水导管管身结构。采取分段校核、定点优化的方法,能够大幅节约隔水导管用材,降低开发成本。通过对南海某油田隔水导管的现场应用模拟分析发现,该油田隔水导管在生产周期内满足稳定性要求,经济效益大幅提高,具有较高精度和良好的应用前景。 As an important wellhead supporting structure in offshore oil and gas resources development,the safety and stability of the conductor are very important for drilling and completion operations and the subsequent oil and gas production process.Based on the finite element simulation software ANSYS,the conductor model was established by considering various influent factors such as wind,wave and current,corrosion,marine attached organisms and seabed soil.The method of checking the stability of the conductor by dividing it into sections was proposed innovatively,and the structure of the conductor was optimized.The method of sectional checking and fixed point optimization can greatly save the conductor material and reduce the development cost.Through the field application simulation analysis of a certain oilfield in South China Sea,it is found that the conductor meets the requirements of stability in the production cycle,the economic benefit is greatly improved.The improvement method has higher precision and good application prospect.
