摘要
某炼化装置大型钢结构模块化安装,是指将钢结构框架拆分成若干模块后进行模块整体吊装和安装,该施工方式设计的难点在于应力、应变及吊装数据分析。钢结构节点连接及受力情况复杂,无法采用传统手算方法进行。通过对有限元计算软件的二次开发,实现了对钢结构模块化吊装的数据分析,实际吊装过程表明,模块化钢结构应变非常小,其与分析计算结果相吻合。该吊装方法相较散装法施工降低了高空作业风险,提高了效率及质量,推广应用效果较好,前景广阔。
The modular installation of the large-scale steel structure of a refining and chemical equipment refers to the modular hoisting and assembly after the steel structure was separated into several modules.The difficult design problem of this method is in the analyses of stress,strain and hoisting data.Due to the complex nodes connection and stress state of the steel structure,traditional manual calculation can not be used.In this paper,through the secondary development of the finite element calculation software,the data analysis of the modular hoisting is realized.The actual hoisting process of the modular steel structure has very small strain and is consistent with the analysis results.Compared with the construction using“bulk method”,this method reduces the risk of high-altitude operation,improves efficiency and quality.The application effect is good and the prospect is broad.
