摘要
川渝地区水资源较为丰富,河流分布密集,其中大型河流有长江、嘉陵江、岷江等,其境内油气管道的河流穿越实施情况具有典型代表性。以中卫-贵阳联络线工程为例,对其在川渝境内穿越嘉陵江、琼江河、长江等大型河流时穿越方式的选择、施工资源投入、施工工期、投资费用、风险管控等多维度进行了对比分析,总结了定向钻和隧道两种不同穿越方式的工程建设、施工及运行经验,为今后类似穿越工程提供参考。
Sichuan-Chongqing region is rich in water resources with dense distribution of rivers,including the Yangtze River,the Jialing River,the Minjiang River and so on.The river crossing implementation of oil and gas pipelines in the region is typical.Taking the Zhongwei-Guiyang tie-line project as an example,this paper makes a comparative analyses on the pipeline crossing large rivers such as the Jialing River,the Qiongjiang River and the Yangtze River,wich include the choice of crossing mode,construction resource input,construction period,investment cost and risk control.It summarizes the construction engineering,construction and operation experience of two different crossing modes of directional drilling and tunneling,which provides reference for similar crossing projects in the future.
