500×10^4 t/a原油处理列深度预制建设方案研究

摘要 原油处理列是油田地面设施的核心,伊拉克大多数已建处理列的单列产能约250×10^4 t/a。为了满足高本地化率要求,规避政府行政审批周期长对项目建设的延误,提出了采用深度预制方案建设伊拉克第一个产能为500×10^4 t/a的处理列。介绍了项目背景和工程概况,分析了项目面对的各种风险与挑战,详细阐述了建设方案。提出实施深度预制的方法和流程,分为三个阶段:战略选择、确定最大货物尺寸和重量、模块和撬块设计布局与布置。实施时,将处理列划分成五个组成部分,界定了预制工作的范围,确定了实施路线图,详细研究了预制撬块、管廊模块和建筑物模块的建造方案。最后通过经济评价,验证了所选方案的经济合理性。项目成功建成投产,充分验证了建设方案的可行性,实现了预期目标,为未来建设同规模处理列提供了参照,为提高油田标准化建设水平创造了条件。 The crude oil processing train is the core of the surface facilities in oilfields.In Iraq,a number of crude oil processing trains with the capacity of 2.5×106 t/a have been extensively built.In order to meet the requirement of high local content rate and avoid the delay of project implementation caused by long government approval cycle,a deep prefabrication scheme was proposed to construct Iraq's first oil processing train with the capacity of 5×106 t/a.Firstly,the project background and project outline were introduced,various risks and challenges of the project were analyzed,and the project execution scheme was elaborated.Then the methods and processes for implementing deep prefabrication technology were put forward with three action stages:strategic decision-making,determination of the transportation envelop and allowable maximum weight,development of the plot plan and the general arrangements of modules and skids.By dividing the processing facilities into five categories of constituent parts,the prefabrication scope was clearly defined,roadmap was devised and the specific construction schemes of modules,skids and buildings were described in detail.Finally,an economic evaluation was carried out to justify and confirm the economic feasibility of the selected scheme.The successful completion and start-up of the project fully verified the feasibility of the suggested execution scheme,achieved the expected goals,provided valuable reference for the future construction of the same scale oil trains,and laid foundation for enhancing the standardization level of oilfield construction.
