摘要 以一位全国教书育人楷模为研究对象,采用访谈法、观察法以及叙事研究等方法对卓越幼儿教师心理资本的特质进行探究,发现卓越幼儿教师拥有较强的自我效能感、希望、乐观以及韧性的心理资本特质。通过进一步整理,归纳出卓越幼儿教师心理资本特质的形成过程,并提出对当前幼儿教师心理资本特质养成的启示。 By taking a teacher with national model of teaching and education as the research object,this study uses interview,observa⁃tion and narrative research methods to explore the characteristics of psychological capital of excellent preschool teachers,and notices that excellent preschool teachers have strong self-efficacy,hope,optimism and resilience.Through further sorting out,this paper sum⁃marizes the formation process of excellent preschool teachers'psychological capital characteristics,and puts forward the enlighten⁃ment to the development of current preschool teachers'psychological capital characteristics.
