摘要
为了进一步探究幼儿教师的PCK,帮助新手幼儿教师得到更快的专业成长,本研究以幼儿数学领域为例,采用个案研究的方法,从“教学内容知识”、“幼儿已有知识”、“教学策略知识”、“教学情境知识”四个方面比较了新手型与经验型幼儿教师在数学PCK上存在的差异。结果发现,新手教师在四个方面的比较中略显不足。
In order to further explore the PCK of preschool teachers and help novice preschool teachers grow faster professionally,this study takes the field of preschool mathematics as an example,and adopts the method of case study to compare the differences between novice and experiential preschool teachers in mathematical PCK from four aspects:“teaching content knowledge”,“children’s existing knowledge”,“teaching strategy knowledge”and“teaching situational knowledge”.The results show that the novice teachers are slightly inadequate in the comparison of four aspects.
