摘要
棉花是新疆重要的经济作物,寻找一种有效的棉花品种(系)纯度检测方法是解决目前市场上棉花品种多、乱、杂问题的有效途径。本研究选取新疆棉花品种(系)中的41个常规种为试验材料,利用简单重复序列(simple sequence repeats, SSR)分子标记技术筛选出15对条带清晰、多态性高的核心引物,对41份试验材料进行纯度检测。每份试验材料使用2~4对引物进行纯度鉴定,检测结果显示,41份试验材料的种子纯度达到100%的占19.51%,纯度高于80%的品种(系)占73.17%。本研究所筛选出的SSR核心引物及研究结果为开展棉花常规种种子纯度鉴定提供参考。
Cotton is an important economic crop in Xinjiang.Finding an effective method for detecting the purity of cotton varieties(lines)is an effective way to solve the problems of cotton varieties,chaos and miscellaneous in the market.In this study,41 conventional species of cotton varieties(lines)in Xinjiang were used as experimental materials.15 pairs of core primers with clear bands and high polymorphism were screened by SSR(simple sequence repeats)molecular marker technology.The material was tested for purity.Each test material used 2~4 pairs of primers for purity identification.The results showed that among the seed purity of 41 test materials,19.51%of those reached 100%,and the purity(line)was higher than 80%accounted for 73.17%.The SSR primers and the research results screened in this study provide a reference for the identification of cotton seed purity.
