摘要
盐城市将省级以上开发区孵化器建设作为科技创新的重要载体,加强孵化器的孵育功能,推进科技成果转化、培养高新技术企业和企业家。文章对全市14家省级以上开发区孵化器进行梳理,深入分析和总结盐城省级以上开发区孵化器运行情况,探讨新形势下做好孵化器需要把握的建设原则、功能定位和推进措施,提出加快省级以上开发区孵化器高质量发展的建议。
Yancheng takes the construction of incubators in development zones above provincial level as an important carrier of sci-tech innovation, strengthens the incubation function of incubators, promotes the transformation of sci-tech achievements, and trains high-tech enterprises and entrepreneurs. This article sorts out the incubators in 14 development zones above provincial level in Yancheng, analyzes and summarizes the operation of incubators in development zones above provincial level in Yancheng, discusses the construction principles, functional orientation and promotion measures needed to be grasped under the new situation, and puts forward suggestions to speed up the development of incubators above provincial level.
