摘要 科研诚信是全球学术界永恒的课题。学术不端检测系统的普及和各界的重视,促使学术不端出现升级和变异。学术造假形成全球产业链,且更加隐蔽、智能、普及,利用编审漏洞可使造假事件呈上升趋势。针对以上趋势,文章研究了科技期刊的应对措施,包括编审阶段的多次学术不端检测、加强对《学术出版规范期刊学术不端行为界定》(CY/T 174—2019)的宣传推广、建立学术不端人员共享信息库、及时发布撤稿勘误声明等。 Research integrity is an eternal subject in the global academic community. The popularization of the detection system of academic misconduct and the attention of various circles promote the upgrading and variation of academic misconduct. Academic counterfeiting forms the global industrial chain, and is more hidden, intelligent,popular, the use of audit loopholes can lead to a rising trend of counterfeiting. In the light of the above trends, this paper studies the countermeasures for sci-tech journals, including the detection of academic misconduct in the editing and review stage, the promotion of Academic Publishing Norms: Definition of Academic Misconduct of Periodicals(CY/T174—2019), the establishment of a shared information base for academic misconduct, and the timely issuance of erroneous statements on withdrawal of manuscripts, etc.
