慢性乙型肝炎治疗性疫苗的研究现状及展望

Progress and prospect of therapeutic vaccination against chronic hepatitis B

慢性乙型肝炎患者的特异性免疫应答功能障碍被认为是持续性乙型肝炎病毒感染的主要原因。仅凭现有的抗病毒治疗方式,只能抑制病毒的复制,而难以将其从感染的肝细胞中彻底清除。因此,通过治疗性疫苗调节宿主免疫系统增强特异性细胞免疫反应,是实现慢性乙型肝炎临床治愈的一个极有潜力的治疗方式。本文回顾近年来治疗性疫苗的基础和临床研究进展,并提出本领域今后的发展方向。

The dysfunction of specific immune in patients with chronic hepatitis B is considered the major cause of persistent hepatitis B virus infection.Current antiviral treatment can only inhibit the replication of the virus,but is difficult to remove the virus from the infected liver cells.Therefore,it is a promising therapeutic approach to realize the clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B by modulating the host immune system to enhance the specific cellular immune response.The author presents an overview of the basic and clinical research progress of therapeutic vaccines in recent years and propose a direction of development in this field.
