桥本病合并甲状腺乳头状癌发病机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 桥本病又称慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎,为较常见的自身免疫性疾病。甲状腺癌是较常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤,以乳头状癌最常见。桥本病合并甲状腺癌的发病率逐渐增加。甲状腺癌常伴随炎症细胞的浸润,有研究表明这些细胞可以促进肿瘤发生。甲状腺乳头状癌表达Ret/PTC、RAS、BRAF等癌基因都可以促进炎症反应。文章围绕桥本病和甲状腺乳头状癌的流行病学特点,甲状腺肿瘤的早期病变以及两者共同的发病原因等角度,对甲状腺乳头状癌合并桥本病的发病机制作一综述。 Hashimoto's disease,also known as chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis,is a relatively common autoimmune disease.Thyroid cancer is a common head and neck cancer among which papillary cancer is the most common.In recent years,the incidence of Hashimoto's disease with thyroid cancer has gradually increased.Thyroid cancer is often accompanied by infiltration of inflammatory cells,which has been shown to promote tumor development.The expression of RET/PTC,RAS,BRAF and other oncogenes in papillary thyroid carcinoma can promote the inflammatory response.This review will focus on the epidemiological characteristics of Hashimoto's disease and papillary thyroid carcinoma,the early pathological changes of thyroid tumor and the common causes of the two,and then discuss the pathogenesis of Hashimoto's disease combined with papillary thyroid carcinoma.
