大学生人文素质提升不仅是提高人才培养质量的需要,也是推进高等教育内涵式发展的必然要求。当前大学生人文素质提升既在组织建设、体制改革、思想文化方面取得一定的成就,也在教育影响、评价体系、社会思潮方面存在现实的挑战。大学生人文素质提升是一项系统工程,应在思想上注重人文精神的培养,在制度上加快评价机制的建立,在理念上坚定“文化自信”的信心,在教育方法上创新教育培养的方式。

Humanistic quality enhancement of modern college students is not only the guarantee of talent training quality,but also is the requirement of connotative development of higher education.Currently the achievements have made in the fields of organizational construction,system transformation and ideology,but there are still challenges among the aspects such as education impact,evaluation system and social ideology.Therefore,the enhancement of humanistic quality of college students is a systematic project.We should focus on cultivation of humanistic spirit,quicken the establishment of evaluation system,and strengthen the culture confidence and innovation of the educational methods.
