背压加载方式对轻量化压缩机涡旋盘成形质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 针对涡旋盘挤压成形过程中金属流动不均匀现象以及峰值挤压载荷过大,模具磨损严重的问题,利用DEFORM-3D对涡旋盘的背压流动控制成形工艺进行了研究,分析了背压成形的原理和金属的变形流动情况。对比研究了恒定背压力、线性变化背压力和两段式背压力等不同背压力加载方式对涡旋盘成形过程中填充度、成形载荷和成形均匀性的影响规律,确定了在变化背压力情况下的后阶段的压力数值的变化趋势。进一步对比分析不同加载方式下的成形结果,发现采用非零初始力线性递增的背压力施加方案为最优方案。 Aiming at the problems of uneven metal flow during extrusion forming process of scroll,excessive peak extrusion load and serious mold wear,the back pressure flow control forming process of scroll was studied using DEFORM-3 D,and the back pressure forming principle and the deformation and flow of metal were analyzed.The effects of different back pressure loading modes,such as constant back pressure,linear change back pressure and two-stage back pressure,on the filling degree,forming load and forming uniformity during forming process of scroll were compared and studied.The change trend of the pressure value in the later stage under the condition of changing back pressure was determined.The forming results under different loading modes were further compared and analyzed.It is found that the back pressure loading scheme with non-zero initial force increasing linearly is the optimal solution.
