浮顶式原油储罐罐顶涂料保温效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 保温涂料作为一种新型节能环保材料,在含蜡原油单盘式浮顶储罐罐顶保温中具有非常广阔的应用前景,但由于实验条件限制,保温效果尚未明确。为此,基于湍流模型,充分考虑原油流变特性、太阳辐射及含蜡原油在温降过程中析蜡潜热等众多因素对储罐温度场的影响,建立了大型浮顶油罐传热过程数理模型,对某罐区2×10^4 m^3单盘式浮顶储罐内含蜡原油的温降过程开展数值模拟研究,分析不同厚度的罐顶保温涂料在各季节对储罐温度场的影响规律,并进行了相应的经济性分析。结果表明,罐顶涂刷保温涂料可大幅度降低罐内油品的温降速率,且随着保温涂料厚度增加保温效果进一步增强;2×10^4 m^3的单盘储罐罐顶涂刷一定厚度涂料后温降速率可减少50%以上,冬季储罐罐顶保温建议涂刷2.3 mm厚度保温涂料,其10年内总体经济效益最高,可节约运行成本约138.3万元。 As a new type of energy-saving and environmental protection material,thermal insulation coating has a very broad application prospect in the thermal insulation work of tank top for the large single-plate floating roof tank of waxy crude oil.However,the performance of the thermal insulation work is not clear because of the limitations of experimental study conditions.Therefore,in this paper,based on the turbulence model,the mathematical model of heat transfer process of large floating roof tank is established,taking into full consideration the influences of various factors on the temperature field of storage tank,such as rheological properties of crude oil,solar radiation and latent heat of waxy crude oil during temperature drop.Then,the numerical simulation studies on the temperature drop process of waxy crude oil in the single-plate floating roof tank with a volume of 2×10^4 m^3 are conducted.Moreover,the effects of insulation coating thicknesses on the temperature drop in each season are investigated,and the corresponding economic analysis is made.The results show that the temperature drop rate of oil in the tank can be greatly reduced by applying thermal insulation coating on the tank top.And the insulation effect is further enhanced with the increase of insulation coating thickness,2×10^4 m^3 single-plate storage tank top with a certain thickness coating,the temperature drop rate after using the material can be reduced by more than 50%.It is recommended to apply 2.3 mm thick insulation coating on the roof of storage tanks in winter.The overall economic benefit is the highest in 10 years,which can save about 1.383 million yuan in operating cost.
