互联网时代手机在高校体育教学中应用初探

Application of Mobile Phone in College Physical Education in Internet Era

互联网时代下,手机对大学生带来很大的负面影响,从大学生手机使用时间、操作内容、对学校禁止课上使用手机态度、课堂使用手机的主要原因等四个维度,调查高校体育院系学生手机使用现状,然后以体育心理学课程教学改革为例,在疏导结合、记忆规律、课内外一体化等理念的指导下,探索使用问卷星、思维导图APP等措施引导学生正确使用手机,力争通过引导把手机变成提升学生学习成绩的工具。

In the Internet era,mobile phone has a great negative impact on college students.Investigates the current situation of mobile phone use in college physical education from four dimensions:the time of mobile phone use,the content of operation,the attitude of banning mobile phone use in class and the main reasons for using mobile phone in class.And then take“physical psychology”course teaching reform as an example,under the guidance of the combination of guidance,memory law,integration in and out of class,explore the use of questionnaire star App、X-mind 8 App and other measures to guide students to use mobile phones correctly,and strive to turn mobile phones into tools to enhance students’learning through guidance.
