绿色氧化溴化反应研究进展

摘要 文章综述了近年来绿色氧化溴化反应的研究进展,综述了不同反应条件对氧化溴化反应及产率的影响,并展望了该领域的研究前景。溴化反应产物广泛应用于医药、染料、阻燃剂、灭火剂、制冷剂、感光材料等领域。传统的溴化物合成方法是在一定条件下由液体溴与有机化合物反应生成溴化物,这种方法存在溴价高、毒性大、收率低(约45%)的缺点。为了实现绿色环保的合成工艺,研究人员近年来先后开展了溴化氢、溴化钠、过氧化氢和溴酸钠的绿色氧化溴化反应,取得了一定的成效。 In this paper, the research progress of green oxidation bromination in recent years are reviewed, the effects of different reaction conditions on oxidation bromination and its yield are summarized, and the research prospect in this field is forecast. Brominated reaction products are widely used in pharmaceuticals, dyes, flame retardants, fire extinguishing agents, refrigerants, photosensitive materials, etc. The traditional synthesis approach for bromide is based on reactions of liquid bromine and organic compound under certain conditions, which results in serious disadvantages of high price, high toxicity and low yield of bromine(about 45%). In order to achieve green and environment-friendly synthesis process, researchers have successively developed green oxidative bromination process involving HBr, NaBr,H2 O2, and NaBrO3 in recent years.
