“人力资源管理”线上线下混合式教学创新研究

Research on the online and offline innovative mixed teaching of “Human Resource Management”

"人力资源管理"课程教学应重视课堂理解,加强互动,调动学生的学习积极性,学用并重,使学生在学中做,做中学,实现"教、学、说、做"有机统一,真正做到学以致用。因此,文章提出采用线上线下混合教学,通过鼓励走进企业,学用结合提升实效;布置预习作业,提升自主学习意识;创设工作情境,提升解决问题能力;借助现代信息技术,解决课堂重点难点;行业专家进课堂,提升专业敬重感;模拟实验课程,提升实际应用能力;开展探究活动,感知课程知识形成;拓展文献阅读,延伸知识广度深度,注重教学反思,总结提高推陈出新等多元创新的教学方法,使学生爱学、善学与乐学,从而成长为合格的人力资源管理专家,这正是人力资源管理课程的培养目标。

"Human Resource Management"course teaching should pay attention to classroom understanding,strengthen the interaction, arouse students’ learning enthusiasm, and treat learning and using equally, so that students can practice in learning and learn in practice, thus realizing the organic unity of"teaching, learning, saying and practicing", and really achieving learning to use. Therefore, in this article,(1)online and offline mixed teaching is adopted to improve the actual effect by encouraging students to go into enterprises to realize the combination of learning and using;(2)previewing homework is arranged to promote self-study consciousness;(3)creates work situation to improve problem solving ability;(4)the key and difficult points in the classroom are solved with the help of modern information technology;(5) professional experts are invited into the classroom to enhance professional respect;(6)experiment courses are simulated to improve practical application ability;(7)exploration activities are carried out to perceive the formation of curriculum knowledge;(8)the reading of literature are expanded to extend the depth of knowledge and pay attention to teaching reflection. Multi-innovation teaching methods are summarized and improved, thus pushing out the old and making the new, so as to make the students love learning, be good at learning and be happy to learn, and thus growing into qualified"Human Resource Management"experts.
