摘要
研究了模拟采选矿废水COD氧化降解过程中ORP值的变化规律。单因素实验结果表明,Fe3+、Fe2+、S2-、COD、pH均会对ORP值造成影响;在采选矿废水常规离子及COD浓度范围内,ORP值变化不大。在复杂的氧化体系中,存在多种影响因素,添加氧化剂之后,变成以氧化剂为主要表现形式的氧化体系,氧化剂用量、ORP值、出水COD之间存在相关性。本研究中,在ORP峰值为333 mV的情况下,出水COD为47.3 mg/L,满足≤60 mg/L的排放要求。可以尝试将其用于指导工业生产,以获得污染物指标与经济效益两者之间的平衡。
ORP variation rule in simulation mining wastewater COD oxidizing degradation was investigated.Single factor test results showed that Fe3+,Fe2+,S2-,COD,pH could impact ORP,but the effect was limited in the conventional ion and COD concentration range of mining wastewater.In complex oxidation system,there existed multiple interfering factors.After adding oxidants,it became an oxidation system with oxidants as the main manifestation.There was a correlation among oxidant dosage,ORP and COD in effluent.In present work,when the ORP peak value was 333 mV,the effluent COD was 47.3 mg/L and satisfied emission standard of≤60 mg/L.It can be tried to use to guide industrial production to achieve a balance between pollutant targets and economic benefits.
