痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗老年重症肺炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Piperacillin Sulbactam in the Treatment of Senile Severe Pneumonia

目的分析痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法纳入50例老年重症肺炎患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合痰热清注射液治疗。2组疗程均为14 d。比较2组临床疗效、炎症指标及免疫球蛋白水平,记录并比较2组咳嗽、发热等症状消失时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎症指标C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)均低于对照组(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、发热等症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗老年重症肺炎效果确切,可有效控制炎症反应,提高机体免疫功能,且不良反应少,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with piperacillin sulbactam in the treatment of severe pneumonia in the elderly.Methods Fifty elderly patients with severe pneumonia were included in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection.The observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory indexes and immunoglobulin in the two groups were compared.The disappearance time of cough and fever and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded and compared in both groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory indexes C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and white blood cell count(WBC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Immunoglobulin IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with piperacillin sulbactam in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia have exact effects.It is effective in the control of inflammatory response and improving immune function with less adverse reactions,which has the value of clinical popularization.
